Jennifer West

Jennifer West is the Advisor at Nanospectra Biosciences. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the IT and business industries.

Jennifer started their career in 1992 at First Tennessee Bank where they held multiple IT and business positions. In 2007, they joined FedEx and held multiple IT and business positions there as well.

In 2012, Jennifer became the CISO and VP IT Information Security and Governance at ServiceMaster. Jennifer held this position until 2017 when they became the CISO, Global Cyber Security, at Smith & Nephew.

Jennifer left Smith & Nephew in 2018 to join Esri as their Chief Information Security & Privacy Officer. Jennifer held this position until 2021 when they joined Nanospectra Biosciences as their Advisor.

Jennifer West has a BBA in Accounting from The University of Memphis and a CISO certification in Information Security from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
