Marlon Kitenge

Marlon Kitenge's work experience includes various roles in human resources, coaching, and administrative support.

Marlon started their most recent role as a Human Resources Generalist at Nanotronics in March 2022. Nanotronics is an advanced machines and intelligence company that specializes in providing inspection and process control solutions for precision manufacturing.

Prior to that, Marlon worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at the National Domestic Workers Alliance from August 2021 to March 2022.

From July 2020 to July 2021, they served as a Career Success Coach at Good Shepherd Services. Before that, they were a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at the same organization from June 2019 to July 2020.

In 2017, Marlon held the position of HR Coordinator - Employee Experience at Schweiger Dermatology Group and a temporary role as HR Recruitment Consultant at New York Life Insurance Company.

Marlon Kitenge completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications at Baruch College from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Marketing Management and Sales.

In terms of additional certifications, Marlon obtained various certifications in 2022.
