Sanjay Raveendranath

Sanjay Raveendranath has a wealth of experience in the field of product development and forensic science. In 2016, they were recruited as the Director of Product at Nanotronics, where they oversaw a team of applications engineers responsible for engaging customers in various verticals. Sanjay was also responsible for working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that adhere to company vision and strategy. From 2012 to 2016, Sanjay worked as a Criminalist II/Criminalist IB at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner, where they examined and processed forensic evidence collected from all five boroughs for the presence of biological fluids and performed further DNA testing in order to identify the source of evidence in order to assist in criminal investigations. From 2007 to 2012, Sanjay worked as an Associate Scientist at Pfizer, where they were responsible for developing and managing stability studies for research APIs and drug products as per ICH guidelines. Finally, Sanjay interned at Wyeth from 2003 to 2005.

Sanjay Raveendranath completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Anthropology from Binghamton University in 2007. Sanjay then pursued a Masters Candidate degree in Forensic Molecular Biology from the University at Albany, SUNY from 2010 to 2012.
