Jerzy (Jurek) Kozyra

Jerzy (Jurek) Kozyra has a diverse work experience history. Jerzy (Jurek) began their career at Ocado as a Software Developer and Data Analyst, where they worked on projects to optimize operations and increase revenue. After leaving Ocado, they joined the SETsquared Partnership as an Entrepreneurial Lead, focusing on the challenges related to misidentification and traceability of genetically engineered microorganisms.

Kozyra then worked as a Research Assistant and later as a Research Associate in Computational Nanobiology at Newcastle University. Following this, they served as a Research Engineer in Deep Learning at GeoTeric.

In 2018, Kozyra became a member of the Entrepreneur First LD11 Cohort, where they had the opportunity to develop ideas and build startups from scratch. Jerzy (Jurek) also took on the roles of Chief Technology Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and currently Chief Business Officer at NANOVERY, a company focused on nanotechnology.

From 2007 to 2011, Jerzy attended the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence.
