Vitri Ani

Vitri Ani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. vitri most recently served as the Head of Operations at Nanovest, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they were the Deputy Head of the Organization Division at Asosiasi FinTech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia (AFPI). In 2018, Vitri worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Crowdo, a leading Neobank for micro and small-medium enterprises in emerging markets. Before joining Crowdo, they served as the Head of Customer Experience at Moka POS from 2017 to 2018. vitri'srole involved improving and maintaining the end-to-end customer experience, driving cross-functional initiatives, and coaching the Customer Experience Team. From 2015 to 2017, Vitri worked at MoneySmart Group, first as an Operations Manager and then as a Customer Experience Manager. vitri was responsible for coordinating project executions, monitoring customer service performance, and gathering intelligence on customer needs. In 2014, they served as a Customer Service Manager at PT XL Planet (elevenia), a joint-venture e-commerce company. Prior to that, they gained experience in customer service and operations supervision at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) from 2012 to 2014. Vitri also worked as a Marketing Manager at VittaCatering.com from 2011 to 2012 and as an Event Organizer and Marketing Staff at Quantum touch indonesia from 2010 to 2011. vitri started their career in 2010 as an Announcer and HR Advisor at Radio gaya fm bekasi.
