Steve Brown

Steve Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career in 1985 as the Principal at Stephen R. Brown, CPA. In 1995, they joined IDT Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for financial oversight of equity and debt offerings, as well as negotiating and executing acquisitions. Steve held the position of CFO at IDT until 2008.

In addition to their role as CFO at IDT, Steve also founded and chaired IDT Entertainment from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they formed a new business line within IDT Corp. and successfully completed various tasks such as creating a business plan, hiring a management team, negotiating acquisitions, raising debt facilities, and ultimately overseeing the sale of the business to Liberty Media/STARZ.

Afterwards, Steve joined the McGuffin Group LLC in 2009 as the Managing Partner. Finally, in 2015, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Nanovibronix where they currently work.

Steve Brown attended Yeshiva University from an unknown start year to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Steve also attended Baruch College from an unknown start year to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. In 1975, Steve Brown started attending Yeshiva University again and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1978. In 1980, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from New York State, awarded by the NYS Department of State.
