Vijay Varadan

Vijay Varadan is the Co-Founder, Inventor & Chief Innovation Officer at Nanowear. Vijay has also previously worked as the University Distinguished Professor of Engineering Science and Electrical Engineering at Penn State University from March 1983 to April 2005. Vijay's work in the field of nanotechnology has led to numerous innovations in the wearable tech industry, including the development of Nanowear's flagship product, the NanoShirt.

Vijay Varadan received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering Science from Northwestern University. Vijay also received a Master's Degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University.

They are on a team with John Boehmer - Principal Investigator, John Zimmerman - Chief Medical Officer, and Kimberly Pucher - VP, Operations & Finance. and Mouli Ramasamy - Head of Hardware & IP reports to Vijay Varadan. Their manager is Venk Varadan, Co-Founder & CEO.
