Michelle Horton

Michelle Horton attended East Carolina University where she earned a B.S. in education and a minor in music. During her time at ECU, Ms. Horton enjoyed being a member of the Marching Pirates. Upon graduation from East Carolina in 1993, Ms. Horton returned to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy to begin her teaching career. While teaching, she earned a master's degree in education from Old Dominion University. After teaching for several years, she transitioned to an administrative role serving as the dean of students in the Lower School. In 2009, Ms. Horton was appointed the Head of the Middle School.
