Shaun Leewei Yang

Shaun Leewei Yang has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Shaun Leewei is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Nansen since June 2022. Previously, they held the role of Lead Engineer at Pand.ai from January 2019 to May 2022, where they managed the technical development of integrated AI chatbot Gerica for Great Eastern Life Singapore and led architecture and infrastructure strategy. Before Pand.ai, they worked as a Software Engineer at Pand.ai from August 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, Shaun worked in Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an IT Developer/Engineer from July 2015 to July 2017. During their time there, they spearheaded initiatives for process automation, visualization, and agile methodology adoption. Shaun Leewei also enabled business users to derive analytical insights from data. Shaun started their career as an Intern - Software Developer at Panasonic Research & Development Center Singapore in 2014 and as an Intern - Software Developer at aZaaS Pte Ltd in 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at RiverLife Church (Singapore) in 2010 and as an Intern - Software Engineer at Bubbly in 2009.

Shaun Leewei Yang obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completing the program from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Temasek Polytechnic from 2007 to 2010, earning a Diploma in Mobile and Wireless Computing. In addition to their formal education, Shaun obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2019.
