Harry Luan

Harry has extensive experience as an executive in semiconductor manufacturing. Previously, he was co-founder and CTO of TC Lab, a memory startup, and CTO of Kilopass Technology, an embedded memory company with over 170 customers in production which was acquired by Synopsys. At Kilopass he invented and enabled new technologies for antifuse memories down to 10nm. He also served as an engineering executive at Winbond Electronics America, focused on future generation nonvolatile memory technologies, as Senior Principal Technology Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor, and as Senior Principal Engineer, Flash Division at Hyundai Electronics (now Hynix). Before that he worked in memory engineering at AMD. He holds a PhD in EE from Purdue University.
