Josh Bond

Josh Bond is an experienced property manager with a robust background in facilities management and customer service. Currently serving as Property Manager at NantHealth since June 2015, Josh oversees tenant relations and financial operations. Prior roles include overseeing daily operations at The Hercules Campus from May 2014 to May 2015 and managing properties at Princess Eugenia LLC from May 2007 to May 2015, where Josh handled almost 100 units and supervised a staff of 12. Additionally, Josh held the position of General Manager at Embassy Hotel Apartments, providing similar management services and also served as Assistant General Manager at The Beacon Inn, contributing to the management of commercial and residential properties.
