Amit Paul

Amit Paul has a diverse work experience in the fields of sustainability, energy, and project management. Amit currently holds the position of Director, Customer Success Onboarding at Prescriptive Data, where they lead a team in delivering software implementations within budget and on schedule. Prior to this role, Amit worked at CodeGreen Solutions as a Sustainability Project Manager and Lead Energy Engineer. In these positions, they provided strategic ESG consulting for clients, managed project timelines and budgets, and drove energy efficiency programs. Amit also gained experience as a 2017 EDF Climate Corps Fellow at Environmental Defense Fund and as a Sustainability Coordinator at American University. Amit began their career as an Energy and Sustainability Engineer at Altanova Energy + Sustainability, where they constructed energy models and reduced energy usage for residential properties.

Amit Paul, MS, CEM, holds a Master's Degree in MS Sustainability Management from Columbia University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. During this time, they also attended Columbia Climate School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering at The George Washington University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Amit has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021, LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc. in October 2015, and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers in November 2019.
