Paul Weingarten

Paul Weingarten has over twenty-eight years of work experience. Paul began their career in 1992 as a Scientist III at Microgenics. In 2001, they moved to Cortex Pharmaceuticals where they served as a Scientist. Two years later, they became a Principal Scientist at Ardea Biosciences, Inc. In 2009, they joined NantBioscience as the Head of Discovery Biology. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Sr. Manager of IP Development for NantWorks.

Paul Weingarten obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from UC Irvine in 2001. Paul also holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Davis, which they obtained in 1992. Paul'sfirst degree was a BA in Biochemistry/Anthropology from UC San Diego, which they received in 1989.
