Gabbi Carter

Gabbi Carter has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry, specializing in knitwear design. They started their career in 2015 as a Knitwear Designer at Berthold and gained experience in designing for men's knitwear at QASIMI from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, they also worked as a Knitwear Designer at CMMN SWDN. They then joined Alexander McQueen as a Knitwear Assistant for a brief period in 2020.

From 2020 onwards, Gabbi Carter took on various roles at COS, starting as a Knitwear Designer and later becoming a Senior Men's Knit and Jersey Designer. In 2021, they worked as a Knitwear Design Consultant for Yuni Ahn x Shanghai Tang and a Senior Knitwear Designer at COS. In 2022, they joined Nanushka as a Senior Knitwear Designer.

Additionally, Gabbi Carter was a Men's Knitwear Designer at Shoop Clothing from 2019 onwards and a Knitwear Designer at Pringle of Scotland from 2018 to 2019.

Gabbi Carter began their education at Wellsway School in 1993 and completed their high school education in 2000, earning GCSEs and A Levels. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Foundation degree in Art and Design with a specialization in Fashion/Apparel Design at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Finally, from 2002 to 2005, Gabbi attended Kingston University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
