Bill Lee

Bill Lee is a seasoned technology risk management professional with substantial experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Technology Risk Manager at Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. since September 2022, Bill previously held the position of Audit Manager at ICBC (Asia) from December 2019 to September 2022, leading audit engagements and providing IT support for the Audit Department. Bill's earlier roles include Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where responsibilities involved leading compliance and security assessments for banking systems across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, as well as performing penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities.
