Ivan Lam

Ivan Lam has worked in various positions within the banking and insurance industries. Ivan started their career at Bank of America in 2000 as the Head of Business Development until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank as the Head of Consumer Bank Academy. Ivan then joined Bank of China (Hong Kong) in 2010 as the Head of Training and Development until 2017. After that, they worked at China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited as the GM of Education and Training from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Head of People Development and Sales Effectiveness at Dah Sing Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales Management at Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd.

Ivan Lam attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1986 to 1990. Ivan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Law. In addition to their formal education, Ivan has also acquired several certifications. In 2013, they successfully completed the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) program offered by the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Ivan's other certifications include being an Associate of Certified Coach, awarded by the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) from the World Institute for Action Learning - WIAL.
