Paul Wong

Paul Wong currently serves as the Head of Information and Technology Risk Management at 南洋商業銀行, a position held since May 2023, focusing on technology risk and cybersecurity management. Previously, Paul led the Cyber Security and Technology Governance teams at Ping An OneConnect Bank (Hong Kong) Limited from November 2021 to May 2023, overseeing IT policies and controls. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Technology Assurance and Governance and Head of Information Security at Fusion Bank, and Head of Technology Risk Management at WeLab Bank. From October 2004 to June 2019, Paul worked at the Bank of East Asia as an Information Security Manager. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from London Metropolitan University.
