Natalie Soh

Natalie Soh is currently the Director, Communication & Outreach at Nanyang Polytechnic. Prior to that, they were with the Singapore Workforce Development Agency as the Assistant Director, Corporate and Marketing Communications where they led a team of PR practitioners and established new SOPs to achieve media coverage for the organisation. Within 8 months, they and their team had achieved the annual target AVE for the organisation with well placed, optimised news coverage that brought direct benefit and results.

Before joining the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, Natalie was with Far East Organization as Manager, Corporate Affairs. Her mandate there was to strategize communications and media relations - both traditional and new mediums - for the spectrum of company's business groups, ranging from property sales, retail, hospitality and F&B. During their tenure they conceived and carried through a global PR campaign for a new boutique hotel's launch, as well as an overseas media campaign for the real estate arm in the UK. Natalie also relooked the marketing and social media aspects for a retail operation.

Natalie started their career in journalism as a News Editor with The New Paper, a Singapore Press Holdings publication. Natalie was with The New Paper from 2011 to 2016.

Natalie Soh reports to Jeanne Liew, Principal & CEO. Natalie Soh works with Phua Chee Teck - Director, National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning, Chai Kuek Heng - Director, Student Care & Guidance, and Goh Siew Ngee - Assistant Director. and Teo Phay Hoon - Deputy Director, Communication & Outreach reports to Natalie Soh.
