Jennifer Cleland

Jennifer Cleland currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Medical Teacher at Taylor & Francis Group since January 2025 and holds the position of Director at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Digital Health and Digital Education since August 2023. Additionally, Jennifer Cleland is the President's Chair in Medical Education and Professor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where responsibilities also include serving as Vice Dean of Education. Jennifer Cleland has been an active board member of the AMEE - Association for Medical Education since August 2015, participating in various leadership roles such as Management Board member and Research Committee Chair. Previously, Jennifer Cleland was a Professor of Medical Education Research at the University of Aberdeen for nearly two decades and has held clinical psychology positions within NHS Grampian and Fife NHS Board. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of Edinburgh, a PhD in Psychology, and several other degrees in psychology and educational fields.
