Kang Hao Cheong

Kang Hao Cheong currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Continuing Education and Training at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, coordinating efforts related to MSc programs and professional short courses. Previously, Kang held the position of Assistant Professor at both the Singapore University of Technology and Design and the Singapore Institute of Technology, focusing on research in Game Theory, Engineering Applications of AI, and Complexity Science, as well as teaching applied mathematics. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as Head of the Mathematics Department at Tanglin Secondary School and Senior Head for Academic Research at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. Kang earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has received multiple teaching excellence awards throughout an extensive academic career.
