Andre Mendoza

Andre Mendoza currently serves as the President & General Director of NAOS Brasil, overseeing Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur since February 2024. Previously, Andre held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cellera Farma from August 2022 to January 2024, and served as the General Manager for Brazil at ISDIN from November 2018 to July 2022. Andre’s extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes leading Roche’s operations as General Manager for Kenya and sub-regional Head for East Africa from February 2015 to October 2018, and managing GSK's commercial operations in Southern Africa and Angola & Mozambique over a 22-year tenure. Andre's early career included roles in marketing and sales at GSK and Laboratório Canonne. Andre holds various degrees, including an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Logistics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
