Currently serving as Chief Digital - Data - Information Officer and ExCom member at NAOS since March 2020, Mikael oversees digital transformation initiatives for 45 affiliates in 130 countries, enhancing business models from B2B to B2C. Previous roles include Global Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation at Pernod Ricard and Global Digital Transformation Director at Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, where Mikael focused on organizational culture and innovation capabilities. As founder and CEO of the Digital Innovation Lab at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Mikael drove digital transformation and ideation. With a strong background in consulting, Mikael held senior managerial roles at Capgemini Invent and led IT intelligence systems at Airbus, along with an extensive educational background in computer applications and business strategy from prestigious institutions.
