Victor Naoum

Victor Naoum serves as a council member at Instituto Tykyra since September 2023 and holds the position of Scientific Technical Director at Infrapar Capital Partners since June 2022. In this role, Victor coordinates technical and scientific efforts in developing REDD projects for forest conservation in the Amazon biome aimed at generating carbon credits for the voluntary market, adhering to Verra's standards. Additionally, Victor has been the CEO of Naoum Ambiental and previously managed environmental licensing processes at Ecologic Inteligência Ambiental LTDA. Early career roles included environmental analyst and auditor for the Selo Verde program at Oscip Ecolmeia. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Estácio and a degree in Environmental Management from Centro Universitário Plínio Leite.
