James (Bobby) Blaise is an experienced operations and loss prevention manager with a comprehensive background in retail and asset protection. Currently serving as District Operations Manager and District Loss Prevention Manager at NAPA Auto Parts since April 2017, Bobby has previously held key roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, Gap Inc./Old Navy, Lowe's Home Improvement, and Best Buy, focusing on profit and loss analysis, staff coaching, and safety compliance. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from The University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate of Arts degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
