Kate Marion

Kate Marion currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent & Employee Experience at NAPA Auto Parts, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Kate held the role of Director of People Modernization at Walmart from October 2020 to February 2024, as well as Divisional HR for Supply Chain. Kate's experience also includes significant roles at Child Care Aware® of Missouri as Community Impact Leader, and various senior management positions at Sam's Club, where responsibilities encompassed Operations Transformation and People Strategy. Earlier roles spanned multiple HR functions at Walmart and Child Care Aware, alongside a foundation in child and family advocacy and I/T. Kate Marion earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wichita State University between 2004 and 2008.
