Mike Ketchmark

Mike Ketchmark, CFI, currently serves as the Loss Prevention Manager at NAPA AUTO PARTS since April 2017. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Dollar General from May 2005 to April 2017, including District Manager and Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Mike also worked at Saks Fifth Avenue from May 1995 to May 2005 as the Regional Investigations Manager, focusing on internal investigations and training. Before that, Mike was the Store Operations Manager at Hills Department Stores from September 1988 to May 1995, overseeing store operations and loss prevention functions. Mike earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Erie Community College between 1988 and 1990.
