Jake Kloberdanz is a successful entrepreneur with experience in various industries. In 2007, they co-founded ONEHOPE Inc., a company that transforms wine distribution and empowers a community of over 10,000 Cause Entrepreneurs. In 2014, they founded Hope Management LLC, a real estate and hospitality company specializing in building unique vineyard destinations.

In 2016, Kloberdanz joined 8VC as a member of the advisory board, where they partner with founders and entrepreneurs to build lasting technology platforms. Jake also co-founded 7Cellars By John Elway in 2015, focusing on delivering high-quality alcoholic brands with a commitment to purpose and pallet.

Additionally, they co-founded Fumé Brands (Napa Valley Fumé, LLC) in 2016, creating world-class cannabis brands, products, and experiences inspired by the land. Kloberdanz serves as a director on the board of directors for the Rebuild NorthBay Foundation, which aims to rebuild the region as a more sustainable and resilient community.

Since 2010, they have been a board member and founder of ONEHOPE Foundation, and from 2010 to 2015, they served as a partner and board member at Booshaka, a company specializing in personalized customer journey solutions.

Earlier in their career, Kloberdanz worked as a district manager at Gallo Wine Co in 2005-2006 and supervised Stanford Student Storage from 2002 to 2004, overseeing a team of 20+ employees and managing accounting tasks.

Jake Kloberdanz attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business.
