Philippa Gale is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational transformation, currently serving as the UK Change Manager at AIG since July 2023. With extensive experience as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for NAPAC, Philippa has driven significant reforms to optimize resources for survivors of childhood abuse. Previously, Philippa held senior roles at QVC and Openreach, where responsibilities included shaping change management strategies and leading large-scale transformation projects impacting thousands. Philippa's career spans various roles in assessment and human resources, beginning with positions at Lancashire Constabulary and Preston Further Education College, complemented by academic qualifications in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester and Psychology from the University of Leeds.
