Tim Skov Jacobsen started their work experience in 2009 at the Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained a B.Sc in Structural Engineering from September 2009 to August 2012, followed by an M.Sc in Structural Engineering from August 2012 to August 2014.

In 2013, Tim Skov Jacobsen worked as a Student Assistant at COWI, where they were involved in the administration of special transports. This job included managing the crossings of exceptionally large vehicles over various bridges on the Danish Road Network on behalf of The Danish Road Directorate and BaneDanmark. Tim held this position from September 2013 to August 2014.

At COWI, Tim Skov Jacobsen also worked as a Junior Structural Engineer from September 2014 to September 2019. Tim then took on the role of Structural/Software Engineer from September 2019 to August 2020, followed by the position of Software Engineer from August 2020 to November 2021.

Currently, Tim Skov Jacobsen is employed as a CI/CD Engineer at Napatech, starting from December 2021.

Tim Skov Jacobsen received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied at Himmelev Gymnasium from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on Mathematics. Tim then pursued further education and obtained an M.Sc in Structural Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, completing their degree from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Skov Jacobsen has also obtained several certifications. These include "Data Structures & Algorithms III: AVL and 2-4 Trees, Divide and Conquer Algorithms" and "Data Structures & Algorithms II: Binary Trees, Heaps, SkipLists and HashMaps" from edX (Georgia Tech College of Computing) in 2021. Tim also received the "Data Structures & Algorithms I: ArrayLists, LinkedLists, Stacks and Queues" certification from the same institution in 2021. Furthermore, Tim holds certifications in "Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science" from MITx on edX in 2020 and "Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python" from MITx on edX in 2018.
