Tamera Jackson

Tamera ‘TJ’ Jackson is Napatree’s Director of Client Experience. In this role, TJ is responsible for facilitating client relationships as well as working on strategic initiatives within the firm. She brings a wealth of experience from both an entrepreneurial and corporate background.

Most recently, TJ co-founded a software start-up, ASD.ai, which focuses on using technology to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as those of their caregivers. She is a real estate investor and former owner of a car dealership.

TJ has a strong commitment to the community, serving as Vice-Chair of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair of the Northern Middlesex County YMCA, and Vice-Chair of Ray of Light Farm. Through this diverse background, TJ brings a fierce commitment to exceptional client care, strategic thinking, and innovation.
