James Nathan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James began their career at WorldCom in 1988, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative in an inbound call center. James assisted customers with their phone and pager needs and handled billing inquiries. In 2003, James joined Netsmart Technologies as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they scheduled testing, tracked software development life cycle information, and wrote or edited test cases. James then transitioned to Appliance World Of Huntington in 2015 as a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer. James conducted manual testing for new point of sale and inventory software and collaborated with software developers for error correction. Later that year, they joined EC Infosystems, Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. Currently, James is employed at NAPCO Security Technologies as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they configure and tests hardware and software for security systems.

James Nathan obtained a Technical Degree in Computer Engineering from CCC Technical School from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications including A+ Certification from CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft, and Network+ Certification from CompTIA in June 2003.
