Thangarajah Sivapokaran

Thangarajah Sivapokaran has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering.

Thangarajah started their career in 1998 as a Project Leader at Eutech Cybernetics.

In 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer at Quantronix Corporation, where they developed software applications using VC++, VB6, and C#.NET to control and monitor laser machines.

From 2003 to 2007, they served as a Software Engineering Manager at Quantronix Corporation, managing a team in Sri Lanka to develop software and firmware for all Quantronix products. Thangarajah was responsible for monitoring project progress and defining functional requirements.

In 2007, they became the Manager of Laser Marking and Software at Quantronix Corporation, where they designed and developed new products based on market studies and competitive analysis. Thangarajah also managed project development cycles, developed work breakdown structure, and conducted cost analysis.

In 2012, they joined NAPCO Security Technologies as a Senior Principal Application Developer, where they managed a team of developers to create access control software for security systems using C#.NET and ASP.

Over time, they progressed to the role of Director of Software Engineering and Vice President of Software Development at NAPCO Security Technologies. In these roles, they managed teams of software developers and quality assurance engineers, overseeing the development of enterprise access control software for commercial and residential use.

Thangarajah Sivapokaran has extensive experience in managing teams, developing software applications, and leading project development cycles.

Thangarajah Sivapokaran attended the University of Moratuwa from 1992 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
