Erin Venard

Erin Venard has a diverse work experience in the field of urban planning and community development. Erin began their career at the Village of Homer Glen, where they worked as an Administrative Intern from September 2008 to January 2009. Erin then took on the role of Administrative Assistant in the Community Development department from January 2009 to November 2010.

In November 2010, Erin was promoted to the position of Assistant Planner, where they gained experience in planning and zoning. Erin held this role until April 2012, when they were further promoted to Assistant to the Village Manager, focusing specifically on planning and zoning responsibilities. Erin remained in this role until January 2015, accumulating a total of six years of experience at the Village of Homer Glen.

In January 2015, Erin joined the City of Naperville as a Community Planner. Erin worked in this role for four years, until December 2019. During this time, they contributed to various planning projects and initiatives within the city.

In December 2019, Erin was promoted to the position of Project Manager at the City of Naperville. Erin'stenure in this role is ongoing and they continue to utilize their skills and expertise in managing and overseeing projects.
