Jackie Nguyen

Jackie Nguyen is the current Director of Information Technology at NAPERVILLE, CITY OF. Jackie previously worked at Nokia from September 2011 to November 2017, where they held the position of Senior R&D Director. Jackie currently leads a global team of 300 people, managers, developers and testers on a number of strategic projects, including modernizing the Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning interfaces for the SBC, delivering SBC on various Cloud platforms utilizing the Lean and Agile development and Continuous Integration methods.

Jackie Nguyen has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
