Jennifer Louden

Jennifer Louden has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and development industry. Jennifer started their career as a Design Engineer at Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates in 2003, where they prepared plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various projects. Jennifer also conducted inspections for residential construction projects. In 2006, Jennifer joined the City of Naperville as a Project Engineer, where they managed capital improvement, maintenance, stormwater, and transportation projects. Jennifer oversaw the entire project lifecycle and administered contracts with federal and state funding. In 2012, they were promoted to Project Manager and took on additional responsibilities such as managing strategic capital projects and acting as the developers' single point of contact. In 2014, Jennifer advanced to the position of Deputy Director - Transportation, Engineering, and Development Business Group, where they continue to excel in their role.

Jennifer Louden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the same institution from 2001 to 2002.
