Joel Rockford

Joel Rockford has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Joel currently serves as the Network and Security Manager at the City of Naperville, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Naperville as a Network Administrator from August 2019 to July 2022.

Taking a break from their studies, Joel then resumed their education in 2007 at Aurora University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership. This program was completed in 2008.
