Thomas Bruhl

Thomas Bruhl is an experienced Electric Utility Supervisor at the City of Naperville since January 2020, previously serving as Electric Services Manager for the City of St. Charles, Illinois from March 2002 to January 2020. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Exelon as a Strategic Supply Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating the purchase of strategic materials, notably utility distribution transformers and revenue meters for ComEd and PECO, from January 1999 to March 2002. Thomas also held roles at ComEd as a Customer Facilities Engineer, focusing on field engineering and design of electric utility distribution facilities, and as an Engineer specializing in application engineering for fleet purchases. Thomas Bruhl earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between 1988 and 1992.
