Connie, a licensed CPA, has over 22 years of experience in managing all financial functions of a correctional health care operation. She is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions for each of NaphCare’s business divisions. Connie also leads NaphCare’s growing portfolio of third-party administrative (TPA) contracts, including the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) division. Additionally, she oversees a team that is developing innovative IT and software systems to streamline NaphCare’s internal operations.
