Darrelle leads their fully owned and operated pharmacy, NaphCare Rx. As head of pharmacy, she oversees formulary management, clinical CQI initiatives, drug utilization review, medication therapy management and pharmacotherapy. Darrelle oversees a seamless pharmacy transition for their partners, directing her team to ensure that all medications, treatments and sick calls are loaded in TechCare and ready for use on day one.
