Marrissa Alexander

Marrissa Alexander, MSHRM, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at NaphCare, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Previously, Marrissa held various roles that reflect a diverse professional background in financial analysis and human resources, including positions as a Financial Associate at the Health Services Foundation/Alabama Organ Center, a Reimbursement Analyst at Cahaba GBA, and a Fixed Annuity Specialist at Regions Bank. Marrissa began a career in customer service with Protective Life Insurance and also gained significant human resources experience as a Human Resource Specialist at UAB Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Jefferson State Community College.
