Dan Rodden currently serves as the McLean Park Manager for Napier City Council since May 2021 and also owns BFT Napier since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Event Manager at Pettigrew Green Arena from November 2012 to May 2021, Sports Coordinator at UniSport Australia from March 2011 to October 2011, and Personal Trainer at Fenix Fitness Clubs and Pettigrew Green Arena. Dan Rodden also worked as Operations Coordinator at UniSport Australia and Match Day Manager at Manawatu Rugby Union, as well as Event Coordinator at Sport Manawatu. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Exercise Prescription and Event Management, along with a Certificate in Sport Management and Exercise Prescription, all obtained from the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
