Ashish K. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ashish started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Universal Auto Products Limited, where they received rotational training in various departments. Ashish then worked as an Engineer at Krishna Maruti Limited before joining Motherson Sumi Systems Limited as an Assistant Manager. At Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, Ashish was responsible for facilitating new product development initiatives and implementing modern manufacturing concepts.

In 2006, Ashish moved to Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Limited, where they served as a Manager (Operations)/Plant Head. Their main responsibility was to set up a new plant in Noida and make it operational within a record time of 4 months.

Ashish then joined Tata Yazaki AutoComp & Systems Limited as a Senior Manager (Operations)/Plant Head. Ashish played a key role in expanding the plant and successfully managing its operations.

In 2013, Ashish joined Yazaki India Private Limited (previously known as Tata Yazaki AutoComp & Systems Limited) as a DGM (Operations)/Plant Head. Ashish worked there for two years before moving to Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd in 2015. At Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd, Ashish initially served as a General Manager (Operations)/Plant Head. Ashish eventually rose to the position of Associate Vice President (Operations), where they are currently responsible for overseeing the company's operations.

Throughout their career, Ashish has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on achieving operational excellence. Ashish has experience in setting up new plants, expanding existing plants, and implementing various manufacturing concepts and techniques.

Ashish K. completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
