Naveen Kumar

Naveen Kumar is the current CEO at Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the VP of operations at Subros Limited from August 2011 to June 2012, where they were responsible for steering business across the Western region. Naveen also managed P&L accountabilities worth INR 400 Cr with an annual profitability of 8%. From March 2006 to August 2011, they served as the Business Head at VARROC, where they were responsible for the company's 3000 colleagues spread across 5 manufacturing locations. Naveen successfully turned around the company's business operations, attaining an annual profitability of 15%. Naveen also initiated the export business and ensured that the organization was ready to cater to international markets across Indonesia & Thailand. In addition, they played a key role in starting the Engineering Centre, which can design, carry out simulations including FEA, and life test bearings under application conditions. Naveen has also enhanced market share capitilsation with all major OE customers by improving QCDD and obtained development orders for their new and upcoming models.

Naveen Kumar did a certification course in Senior Management Programe from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Naveen did their BE in Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
