Shaikh Alauddin has extensive experience in process engineering and design within the automotive and electronics industries. Currently serving as Manager of Process Engineering & Tool Room at Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd since October 2021, Shaikh has previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Process Engineering at Pricol Limited from October 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included new line setups, installation, commissioning, process validation, and project leadership. Prior experience also includes roles as SPM Design Engineer at AMZEN Technologies Private Limited and Design Engineer at Denso India Pvt Ltd, focusing on SPM design, development, and machine assembly. Shaikh's academic background includes a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Biswakarma Institute of Technology and training at Central Tool Room & Training Centre.
