Isabel Way is an accomplished project manager and chief operating officer with extensive experience in environmental management and community education. Currently serving as Project Manager at Naples Botanical Garden since March 2021, Isabel previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Colusa Farms LLC since September 2011, overseeing budget administration, operational management, and marketing efforts. Isabel also contributed as Master Gardener and Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Coordinator at UF IFAS Extension Collier County from June 2013 to September 2018, coordinating training for volunteers. Earlier experience includes the role of Project Greenscape Coordinator at Rookery Bay Reserve, where Isabel designed and delivered environmental education programs. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, completed in 2002.
