Ruslan Akhtyamov

Ruslan Akhtyamov is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2022, they joined Talent Service as the Chief Marketing Officer. Talent Service is a developer-focused platform for employer assessment and remote recruitment and has attracted 3,500+ talents and 350 companies since its launch. As Chief Marketing Officer, Ruslan is responsible for planning, implementation and management of the company's marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Talent Service, Ruslan was the Chief Strategy Officer and Founder of Napoleon IT since 2011. Ruslan then joined PowerPrice in 2020 as the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder.

Ruslan Akhtyamov has a diverse education history. Ruslan is currently in the process of completing an Innovation Immersion Program for MBA's at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from Skolkovo Moscow Business School in 2017. Ruslan also has a Master of Business Administration from South-Ural State University, which they obtained in 2008, and a Master of Building Materials (current status - postgraduate) from South-Ural State University, which they obtained in 2005.
