Sylvia Kristel Melchers

Sylvia Kristel Melchers has been working in the IT industry since 2003. Sylvia Kristel started their career as a Product Manager Assistant at Mobit Sandefjord & Tønsberg, where they were responsible for assisting the Product Manager in completing the preparation of product requirements, descriptions and other documents. In 2005, they joined TE Connectivity as a Data Operations Manager and Head of Product Operations. In this role, they were responsible for extracting and applying business data in the department, analyzing business data, designing and optimizing strategies, and issuing analysis reports. In 2020, Sylvia joined Moblize.IT as a Network Data Engineer, where they were responsible for solving hardware problems during end-user's use of PCs and software. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Curatorial Director at Napoleon IT, where they lead the planning team and is responsible for quality and business guidance and training for the staff of the planning department.

Sylvia Kristel Melchers holds a Master of Computer Science from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in the field of Computer and Communication Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from Université de Neuchâtel in Computer Science.
