Niraj Shah

Niraj Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niraj most recently worked at Napoleon as a Director of PMO, where they established a project management office and implemented strategies for long-term success. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Commercial at The Hitech gears, where they achieved a 20% revenue growth through new business awards. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Global Program Management & Business Development at Multimatic, managing global business development and program management activities. Niraj also worked as the Director of Product Engineering at Magna Powertrain - FPCG India, overseeing a team of professionals and establishing a new engineering center. Before that, they held various roles at Magna Powertrain - FPCG India, O'Hara Technologies Inc, and Kusters Calico Machinery Limited, gaining experience in project engineering, sales coordination, mechanical design, and engineering management.

Niraj Shah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from the Faculty of Technology & Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University, during the years 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including "Certified Technologists" from the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologists in April 2009, "Certified Internal Auditor for ISO/TS 16949:2002" from Omnex, Canada in December 2004, "Associate Member" from The Institution of Engineers (India) in December 1999, and "Diploma in AutoCAD,AutoLisp & Adv Customization" from Roshani Computer Classes in March 1997.
