Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist and Administrator at Napoleon since October 2019, Meghen has previously held multiple roles, including Human Resources Assistant at Pride Marine Group and Key Holder - Fashion Consultant at Penningtons Inc. Additional experience includes managing HR functions, on-boarding processes, and payroll for over 200 employees across various companies. Educational qualifications include a Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Georgian College and a Red Seal Apprentice in Baking and Pastry Arts from George Brown College.
