Gary Cox is an experienced engineering maintenance manager with over three decades in the pharmaceutical and packaging industries. Currently serving as Production Maintenance Manager at BARD PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED since September 2017, Gary is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of pharmaceutical production systems and site services. Prior to this role, Gary spent over 27 years at Napp Pharmaceuticals Holdings Limited as an Asset Reliability Manager, where responsibilities included developing reliability strategies, managing multidisciplinary reliability improvement studies, and ensuring regulatory compliance for process equipment. Gary began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at St Regis Packaging, where duties included managing process equipment in a printing and packaging production environment.
